Step into the heart of Avalon for a full-day immersion with Dana Kraft and Matthew Ashdown, as we attune to personal and collective abundance in visionary and practical ways to bring into your daily life. In a time when many are concerned about scarcity and the collapse of systems we can turn to the myth of Avalon for a vision of a higher potential, drawing upon the ever abundant Isle of Apples as an archetypal motif to guide us with our moment to moment choices.

Releasing of our deepest fears around scarcity
Identify and transform the shadows and fears of the future that block our personal abundance, through a contemplative approach and the support of nature's medicine, working specifically in this session with apple. We will also call upon other flower spirits for guidance as needed.
Align with abundance through the power of archetypes
The Fool, Merlin, Morgan Le Fay, King Arthur and Queen Guienvere become our allies as we seek to move from the mere fantasy of embodiment to practical focus, creativity and stability in our daily lives. .
Develop daily practices to attune to abundance
It is working with intention on the causal, mental, emotional and physical planes that we bring about the manifestation of abundance and we will be sending you away with daily grounded practices.

This workshop is for you if:
-You have tried many manifestation techniques and prosperity practices, but still feel blocked around abundance: money, relationships, health, expansion, etc.

Known as a ‘Plant-Human Matchmaker’, Dana has been in practice since 2009, working with people and plants all over the world. She earned diplomas in Naturopathy, Nutritional Therapy, and Herbalism from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in the UK. Based in Oaxaca, Mexico, Dana leads in-person workshops and group classes as well as online. In May 2025, Dana completed a Masters in Clinical Flower Essence Therapy at Escuela Lago Floral, and is committed to a trauma-informed and compassionate service. Her personal practices include: Gene Keys, tarot, yoga, meditation, plant spirit medicine, conscious parenting and gardening.
Matthew Ashdown is a teacher, guide, and writer who has dedicated his life to exploring the depths of human potential. He has spent over 20 years studying various spiritual traditions, and his journey has led him to the Gene Keys, a powerful system for personal transformation and evolution.
