​If you have felt yourself being provoked by life (usually in the form of a person triggering you) to feel deeper into suffering then that could be the influence of the 39th Gene Key, and as you do so with presence and acceptance you may just find that you have been releasing energy blocks within your being.

These could be blocks that you felt you have already worked with, and it's just a deeper layer of awareness, or they could be blocks you didn't even know existed.

For me it came as a deeper awareness of where I can still have a tendency to want to control the outcome, as I meet this shadow in the world of business and am called to acknowledge it within. With awareness of this I have experienced a creative dynamism and energy pouring into my work. As you love those places within where there is suffering you will feel the relief of the liberation of these energy blocks. This key comes with a pressure to find spirit and it can often show up as a deep need to challenge others.

And as we weave our way into the 53rd Gene Key pulse you might be noticing where you are feeling the pressure to expand in your life and perhaps retreating to old ways, out of a deep fear of change. Or you might be feeling a need to move on because things aren't expanding as quick as you would like. It's important to check in whether you are moving on because a cycle is complete, or because it is calling for deeper presence to suffering. Unless we bring awareness to it, the cycles repeat. 

This 53rd Gene Key has a lot to do with seeing cycles through until their completion, but also of providing the spark needed to set new projects and ideas into motion. We cannot force expansion.



​There are currently a couple of presidents in the world who have this Gene Key (multiple times in their profiles) and seek expansion through force, but it is expansion in harmony with all of life that will allow for a healthy kind of expansion. 

Are you being triggered by life? Are you finding yourself challenging the people in your life? Are you feeling trapped and noticing a deep call to freedom? Perhaps some contemplation of the 39th Gene Key will serve. 

Do you find yourself unable to complete tasks and repeating the same stories in your life? Are you feeling a need to expand somewhere in your life? Are you feeling held back by others or your own inner energy blocks? Perhaps some contemplation of the 53rd Gene Key will serve. 

And remember, Gene Keys is not just about the work of the Shadows. This is a way that many in the Gene Keys community can get stuck, only seeing a Gene Key from the perspective of a Shadow. When you think of a Gene Key, the first word you associate with it might give you an indication of your relationship to it. This work is about releasing our natural gifts into the world in service to the whole and the Siddhi is the pure essence of the experience. We work with the whole spectrum of frequencies.
