An aspect of the Gene Keys work is supporting the bringing forth of our creativity in the world. Now, I am no artistic genius, but the following was a fun exercise to move through. It ignited some creative flair and had me deeply contemplating a prominent Gene Key. My wife Nicole Powell and I took some time out one afternoon recently to paint the Life's Work of our Gene Keys. It was a 3 stage painting, firstly allowing ourselves to express the shadow of the key, then the gift and then the siddhi. The 2nd Gene Key is my life's work, shadow of dislocation (picture #1), the gift of orientation (picture #2) and the siddhi of Unity (picture #3). I did not know how one painting would lead to the next, but there is an intelligence to spirit, and I was quite surprised to see what ended up on the canvas for all 3. Now, I have a painting, with the siddhic layer of Unity over the other two layers, which hangs on the wall in my office as a reminder of my life's work. And from time to time I stare at it to see if any new awareness bubbles forth into my consciousness. Nicole and I will be leading a workshop where you can paint your own Gene Key Life's Work, on December 15th. Details are in this following link, would love to see some of you there flexing your creative muscles and deepening your understanding of the Gene Keys. Even if you are unable to make it we would be excited to see how you might paint your own Gene Keys in your own time. And if not painting, what form of creative expression inspires you? You may or may not love the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail but I am going to use a clip from it to possibly bring in some new awareness. Laughter often brings out a much deeper wisdom, but even if you don't laugh I would ask that you stick with me through til the end. There is a scene in the movie that is particularly funny, but also offers something for all of us in our daily lives, something to contemplate in our being. And of course I will tie it into the work of the Gene Keys. The scene I am referring to this the one with the seemingly innocuous White Rabbit that King Arthur and his knights have come to vanquish, a rabbit that has apparently caused much suffering. Take 2 minutes to watch the video before continuing to read. "Oh I warned you.....its just a harmless little bunny isn't it!" This video was played to me by a professor during my university days in relation to space shuttle engineering. He had been someone who advised NASA not to launch the Challenger mission, a mission that ended in disaster and the loss of life. It was the harmless dent in the armour that was overlooked that brought the Challenger to its end, the video of the panels breaking away is still etched in my mind as a result of this seminar. I have at times throughout my life seen how this can be relevant to so many things in life, and right now I share it in relation to our shadow nature. What can seem like a relatively harmless aspect of our nature can often bring us to our knees if we don't pay attention, but being brought to our knees is part of what he have come to experience. Throughout our life we are provided with glimpses of our shadows so that we may address them with compassion. People will warn us, whether verbally or through a mirror that they provide for us, or we will end up in situations where we have a choice on how to deal with it. As we work through the Gene Keys the shadows become more subtle, calling us to listen in deeply. "Let us taunt it, it may become so cross that it will make a mistake." One reaction is to judge ourselves for it, or others who we see that unclaimed part of ourselves in. We force it back into the shadows where it hides until another such opportunity comes up in life where we can bring it to the light. If we hadn't picked up the lesson the first time the next time the message can come in very loudly. Of course we need to be gentle with ourselves when we realise we have been doing this all along. You are not alone, I have done it, you have done it, most humans have. Shadows within us dissolve when they are heard. Beneath your anger is a need. Beneath your guilt is often a misconception. Beneath your shame is a the voice calling you to recognise your divine nature. Humour can be a very effective way of dealing with our shadows, not to laugh at them, but to laugh with them. "Run away, run away, run away." This is another common response to the shadow in our world today. We run away from it, or try to escape it. Try as we might that shadow keeps catching up with us the moment we step into the light. Shadows only show up in the presence of light. And so when they show up, call upon all the courage you have to face it. Allow yourself to see it in yourself, come to accept it, and when ready you can really embrace it in yourself. The philosophies of the great yoga masters and the Gene Keys helped me to see that it is only through the shadow that we step into our gifts. The shadows are simply specific Gene Keys operating at a lower frequency. As we honour and respect these lower frequencies we find ourselves moving up in frequency to the gift and even siddhic levels of consciousness. What is your Killer Bunny? You need not fear it, it comes bearing gifts, for you and everyone you meet along the way. Through meditation you may become aware of it. Through the Gene Keys you may see it and will have an idea of the gift that is seeking to emerge through you. Your first step could be to get your Free Hologenetic Profile, then the fool's journey begins. And it is the fool because we have to be willing to make mistakes, to laugh along the journey, and to find the delight within all of this experience. Monty Python remind me that even the darker aspects of our nature can be met with a sense of humour :) Even using this video to demonstrate my point has resulted in me moving towards a more serious nature. That's ok though, I accept this side of myself, knowing that it will help me step more fully into delight. I haven't been to the HeartMath Institute, but the institute came to me. I am brimming with gratitude after spending a good deal of time over the last two weeks with former HeartMath researcher, Dana Tomasino, who is visiting from the big island of Hawaii. She was responsible for writing many of the papers that have been featured in peer reviewed journals about their work. Work that is leading to scientists gaining a new understanding of the heart, and those with spiritual wisdom to find common ground. HeartMath have been studying the physiology, sociology and energetics of the heart for decades now. Their groundbreaking research into heart rate variability (HRV), and what that means for human health, has paved the way for a new understanding of the role the heart plays for us. Not only that, we are learning more from them about the role that our personal state of being plays in the world at large, through the magnetic field of our hearts as they interact with others. Their Global Coherence Initiative is being shared widely with the hope of creating a more coherent planet. This is something that meditators and yogis have known for a long time, that peace in the world is found through each of us first finding peace within ourselves. Coherence is a state that occurs when the heart-brain communication is said to be in harmony, and on a graph would appear as a smooth sinusoidal pattern. It results in us having better composure and a more even energy in our life and occurs during times of positive emotion such as gratitude, love and appreciation. Emotions such as anger and frustration result in disharmony between the brain and heart communication pathways. When we are stressed we tend to turn to our old conditioning for the way forward, and when we are in coherence within ourselves, we tend to listen to the wisdom of our intuition and the brain receives information from the heart instead. Throughout her visit Dana has said yes to offering her services to individuals, schools and groups of all sizes. As a result there have been a couple of times when I have been able to sit in and hear the same information again, picking up something different each time. What has been fascinating for myself, and many others, is seeing the heart being monitored through the emwave technology that I have heard so much about throughout the years. When you are hooked up to this you can monitor your heart rate rate and personal coherence, traced across time in the form of a graph. You can see what happens when you are in coherence, and when you are out of it. Valuable feedback for anyone who finds it difficult to hear the wisdom of the body. The icing on the cake was most definitely practicing some of the HeartMath techniques amongst the horses of Spirit Gate Farm in Duncan. Quickly our group was able to find a place of coherence within ourselves, and as our fields interacted across the pen we saw a visible response in the demeanour of the horses that joined us. If we had all been measured before and after it would have been quite obvious that our coherence patterns would have been enhanced. It is easy to measure your HRV with an emwave and they are actually quite affordable. Monitor yourself with it regularly and you will know when you are in coherence and, I am sure, you will eventually be able to know for yourself when you are in coherence without the need of the device. Awareness comes as you spend more time in states of gratitude and appreciation. The science backs it up! A trip to Glastonbury has been foremost on my mind for some time and just last week it unfolded for me, but not nearly in the way I had planned. If you have been following my Journey Through Avalon at all you will know that I had every intention of filming the experiences of Glastonbury Tor, the Chalice Well Gardens and much more for the benefit of those who have yet to experience it in person. This place is deeply linked to Christian history, but in it resides a much more balanced story of the christ, one which has largely escaped our modern history books. The night before going to Glastonbury I stocked up on cameras so that there was no way that I would be without. The batteries were charged, and in two cases there was plenty of room for photographs to be taken. My lovely psychic girlfriend had given me forewarning that I needed to do this as I seemed to be going through my own personal retrograde. In the morning before we left I checked and everything seemed to be looking hunky dory. I get to Glastonbury and it is a wholly different story. It quickly became apparent that there would be very little way of filming this event, all the cameras packed in on in me in one way or another. One of them due to an oversight, but two of them due to unexplained reasons. I managed to get a few shots of the gardens with one camera before it packed in. That day was not going to be a day for following my plan, I had to surrender to a more divine plan. Our first port of call on the journey was the Chalice Well Gardens, a place of peace and serenity that has attracted meditators for nearly a century. That day it was neither peaceful or serene, in my own mind or on the physical landscape. It just so happens that at this time there are a number of construction projects taking place on site and the noise of bulldozers, diggers and construction workers filled the air. I could feel myself getting agitated more now. I had to find somewhere where I could reconnect to myself. The stream at the Chalice Well Gardens flows unceasingly (I shall write about this location more in the next blog, this one seems to be more about my internal process). I was feeling disconnected, unhappy about the lack of working cameras, the heavy feeling that I was letting down people who were expecting to see the videos of that day. It was not until I sat by the Chalice Well itself (picture at left) that I found some peace, under the yew tree that towers over the well lid with its vesica pisces. I could feel my frustration at the way things had unfolded but I heard the whisperings of a voice that were encouraging me to let it go. I tuned into the peace of the well, the noise and din of construction having seemingly faded at this time. As I connected into that peace I could feel the other feelings begin to dissipate. Sure, they wanted to cling on, but something about that place did not allow them to. In time I found a place of inner peace and that I had not suppressed any feelings, but merely felt them and allowed them to pass. In short, I did manage to relieve myself of the burden of apparent failure. I chose to surrender to divine plan for that day and after this point I went on to have a magical experience at both the Gardens and the Tor. I even managed to get some footage taken with a lower resolution camera, but not nearly as much as I had hoped. I did manage to drink copious amounts of the high vibration water, something that I will write about more in the next blog. Needless to say I had very cleansing dreams that night which included the mother of all cleanses, a tsunami dream. Despite the noise and commotion of the outer world it is possible to find inner peace. It is a very handy thing that my parents have bought a home a few miles from the Preseli hills in Wales, a cool synchronicity in many ways. Anyone who is interested in the origins of Stonehenge will be as interested as I am about this beautiful landscape, for it is the place of origin of the famous bluestones that sit on the inside of the great circle. Thankfully we are not talking about mountains of the same scope as the great Rockies and the pilgrimage takes about 50 minutes from the entrance we chose. It took me back to a place and time where humanity lived in partnership with the earth. As you scale the hills you have time to think about what you are approaching and you can imagine the precession of neolithic people who would have scaled these same hills many millennia ago. Researchers believe this area to be a sacred site as much as 4400 years ago and have found geometric relationships between the various cairns, burial grounds, that are on the site. It could well have been their temple. In our present time, as we are reminded more and more of the temple within our own heart, physical temples are not sought out as readily as they once were, a testament to the value of teachings at different times throughout humanity's evolution. The walk up the mountain carried me through quite boggy ground; I wonder how boggy it would have been all those years ago for our ancestors. Sheep litter across the hills and you need to resign to the fact that you will be carrying their droppings on your boots whichever path you choose. At one point I almost lost my shoes in the sticky bog, which tried to drag me back, but thankfully there was just enough of a grip to pull them out of the shallow mud and carry on. The mud stands as a good metaphor for the muck we traverse on our pilgrimage from the head to the heart; It can slow us down, so ultimately it is just better to play in it! Until you reach the top of the hill there is not much to be seen of the plateau that lies beneath, with great piles of bluestones gathered together in prominent peaks around the small valley. Once you reach the hilltop though, it is quite a marvel to the eyes. The walk between each of the big cairns is at least a 10 minute one, but it is worth it. You can climb them to enjoy the view that the ancestors would have had and take in the rich beauty of the surrounding welsh countryside. Wildlife is also abundant in these areas. At one point a Red Kite traveled below us on a thermal, keeping its eye on the ground for something that might make for a good dinner. The bluestones themselves are an impressive site, as you can see in the picture of me standing beside them. I stand at 6'4" and most of these stones towered above me. The stones that adorn Stonehenge seem a little bit smaller than some of the ones I found here. At points along the trip I connected to these megaliths to see if they had any messages for me. They took me to visions of the precessions of people who walked along here in the past, their hearts and minds focused on their gratitude for the gifts from Gaia and God. The story goes that Merlin was the one who brought the stones, all eighty of them, from the Preseli Hills to Stonehenge, 140 miles away in England. The method of transport is widely debated, and if the hills were as boggy then as they are today it would have been quite a challenge getting through the marshes. No wonder so many of us like the idea that Merlin employed some form of antigravity to take the stones across this distance. Perhaps it is because at some level of our being we know that is not an impossible feat for true masters. After many moments of reflection at the top it was time to take the return journey, through the poop and bog, to the car awaiting us at the bottom, something that early humans would not have had the luxury of enjoying. My journey with these stones is just beginning and I am currently reading some research from people who have been observing them a much longer time. The knowledge of the geometry of the stars far exceeds what I learned in school and takes some time to fully comprehend. Though I practice my meditation daily, a pilgrimage that I take with much less physical traveling, it is awe inspiring to take time and appreciate how those who came before us chose to honour and respect the land. Our present day humanity could learn something from these "barbarians" of the past, a term that I do not agree with at all when I think of these people. I believe they had an understanding of nature that exceeds what many "civilised" people have today. The more I tread their paths the more I learn about who they were as nations. I have been in the UK for just a few days and it seems like already so much has happened, though none of it according to any preconceived plan. No sooner had I walked through the door and been greeted by Nicole than I found out that my youngest brother had been badly badly beaten by an attacker on his return from a night at the pub with friends. It felt like I was in a game of chess and had to decide how best to respond to somebody else's move. Anyone who knows my brother knows that he is not the kind of person to aggravate fights, in fact his pacifism may be genetic, something that most of my family have inherited. What I did notice though was my own thoughts of wanting revenge, wanting to get the person who did this to my brother. I am sure I was not alone in this, my two other brothers were walking the streets trying to find out what happened. We are pretty tight as far as brothers go, and we do look out for each other. At the same time it showed me what I might be willing to do as part of that bond. I observed the thoughts of revenge, of wanting to achieve something that suited me, but I have not acted upon them and will not. It was just interesting to notice them arise in my consciousness and allow for a higher consciousness to take charge. I think of the tight bond that the Knights Templar had, how they were brothers together and stood by one another in the most challenging of times. When we act upon our emotions there is usually some kind of attachment to the outcome that only leads to further suffering. Without attachment I believe that the justice I seek in this case will come by quicker. It may never get resolved in a court of law, the evidence at the moment is purely circumstantial, but I do know and trust that a man who has done that to another can never escape himself. Hopefully the police investigating the case will ensure that he does not do this to others. And so, no matter how much I would like to act out my feelings of anger, I know that it would only result in more suffering for me and for others. The attacker has sealed his fate, whether it is through the courts of law or his own life experiences. Our focus as a family has been on the healing of my brother, supporting him how we can. He is downplaying the injury and reminds me of the black knight in Monty Python and the Holy Grail; "It is just a flesh wound, I have had worse." The injuries are pretty severe and I am thankful that he is open to the recommendations of Nicole who specialises in somatic healing work with her energy healing practice. Before I came out here I did receive a healing reading from a first nations elder who said that this trip would be healing for me on many levels and would benefit others who I had been like brothers with in other lifetimes. Perhaps it is the brothers that I have in this lifetime. I would never have guessed that my opportunity for healing would infold in this way. I have already shed tears over the idea that someone could do this to another person for no apparent reason. The fact that it was my brother brought it closer to home. Mindless violence saddens me. The attacker took nothing from my brother, despite him being in possession of a cell phone, money and a rather nice watch. Something else had compelled him to do this and that is what made me sad. The fact that somebody might carry this out for the sheer act of violence alone. Whether this attacker was trying to prove something, whether he was high on drugs, or whether he suffers from some psychiatric condition, he has already altered the course of this adventure in Avalon. What I noticed was the ease with which I was able to yield to new plans for this trip and how, despite the severity of the situation, other plans new seem to unfolding in a much easier fashion. If I was in Avalon today I would not be delivering you high quality video productions, because I can barely keep my eyes open. Jet lag seems to be more challenging than usual. I also find myself with more time to study material related to the places I shall be soon traveling on this quest. I trust that the rest of this journey will unfold as it should, rather than as I think it should, but hopefully with fewer dramatic events. Either way, it makes for an interesting and healing quest. Onwards to Avalon! In recent months it has felt as if my contributions to humanity have been slight, there has been far too much needing attention in my personal world. Writing has been on the back burner awaiting a suitable moment to spring forth once more. I have been blessed with a number of accomplishments in my life, but now I am focused less on these and more on self-realization. There is still a desire to contribute and at times it has felt stifled. My heart has always wanted to contribute towards the peace of the planet, the visions of war have hurt me deeply. An outlet to fulfill this wish has not always been apparent to me. A few weeks ago I had a powerful experience with my yoga Master Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath, through an intermediary. His presence was felt by all in the room and though he was not physically with us, he was, powerfully so. The intermediary knew nothing of this Master and yet shared some requests from him that made absolute sense to me. He was asking me to sit more often with intentions of peace for the planet, specifically with the Earth Peace Meditation he teaches. Until recently this meditation has been something that I have done at the time of full moons, focusing mainly on my kriya yoga practice instead. So when I was asked to perform this meditation daily for at least half an hour, it became clear that I could and that it would give me a deep sense of contribution to the planet. Scientific studies have been showing that our meditations do change the planet, and when our hearts are directed out to others, can have far reaching effects beyond the comprehension of the mind. Earth peace comes through self-peace. Self-peace comes with personal effort. Prior to this time I would maybe have done the earth peace meditation for 10 minutes, once a week. Kriya practices takes up 90 minutes of my day each day, so to add this required some rejigging. Committing to 30 minutes a day has changed things quite drastically and they have challenged me to heal some of my deeper wounds. The after effects of the earth peace meditation feel quite different to the after effects of the Kriya Yoga, but they each serve their purpose on my path. With every visualisation of the planet and sending forth the vibrations of peace I feel a sense of satisfaction, such that in subtle ways I am still able to contribute to society. As someone who used to believe my greatness lay in BIG acts in the world, this feeling is quite an accomplishment. I share this story today because I wish to share the Earth Peace Meditation. Your peace contributes to peace on our planet. Will you commit to this meditation practice daily for 5, 10, or 30 minutes? I believe that together, through finding our own centres, we can bring peace to this world. There are technologies in our world that work in harmony with nature and benefit us, rather than affect us negatively. Magnets are one such technology that have been popping up in my field for a while and I now recommend them to everyone, because I know they can benefit all of us. I cannot tout them as a magical cure, although some of the transformations have been close to that. They do, however, allow the body to rest in an environment that allows itself to heal itself. 15 years ago I was first shown the power of magnets when I was gifted a few nights of blissful sleep on a magnetic mattress produced by Nikken Inc. I can be a little slow at times. It has taken me this long to truly appreciate the value of them as a technology in the support of our well being . The science behind it has been convincing, but even more so are the experiences of those who I have seen benefiting from them. I have been wearing magnetic insoles in my shoes which have made the world of difference to me after days spent around electronic equipment in my work environments. Instead of feeling depleted at the end of the day, I find myself with extra energy to accomplish the tasks that are truly important to me. If you are a sensitive being then you are particularly susceptible to the influences of your environment and so it is important to be able to set up your home in such a way that your wellness is supported. We are essentially magnetic beings, generating our own magnetic fields, and we are constantly being influenced by the fields around us. The work of Heartmath has shown that our heart produces a powerful magnetic field that emanates far from our body, especially when we are in states of appreciation, gratitude, love and compassion. Everything in the world generates a magnetic field, including the rocks and plants underneath our feet. In fact it has been shown that the earth's magnetic field has a powerful effect on our wellbeing. It was with this in mind that inventors first explored the potential for them to help humans. The challenge for most humans is that we have become detached from the magnetics of the earth, living in suburban jungles where electromagnetic fields dominate and have all kinds of effects on our health. Many technologies have further distanced us from the harmony of nature and that is why I believe it is important, at this time, that we find technologies that can help restore our relationship with nature. The great inventor Nikola Tesla advocated working in harmony with nature, rather than the dominant paradigm that seeks control over nature. Imagine what other technologies we could create with this underlying philosophy. I highly encourage, especially if you live in a big city, that as well as taking regular walks in nature you invest in ways to create harmony within your home environment. With magnetic sleep technologies, water filters, magnetic insoles and other technologies, you can spend more of your day realigning with the earths magnetic field. Earthing devices are great, but we cannot carry them around with us each and every day. Insoles in the shoes allow us to accomplish that. When we sleep on a magnetic mattress we are benefiting ourselves much more than when we sleep on coiled spring mattresses. When we drink Ph balanced water we are ensuring that our body is receiving and absorbing the best quality. Do the research around magnets, but probably a little quicker than I did, and I am sure that you will agree that they are a worthwhile investment. I recommend the Nikken line of magnetic technologies because of the purpose the company has created for itself, and I fully encourage you to do your research about them so you can see why I believe in them. If you wish to experience them, contact me and I can provide a full product demo, or put you in touch with an associate close to where you live. We are magnetic beings and physical magnets can help us align with our true natures of kindness, compassion and love. 1) The Healing Power Of Magnets - Dr Joseph Mercola http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2008/01/22/the-healing-power-of-magnets.aspx When I was first introduced to the idea of yoga as a science I was resistant. I was trained as an engineer and passionate about science and something was missing for me. What was missing was a deeper understanding of the word science, which comes from the latin scire, which means "to know". In the western world we have sought to know and understand the material world. In the east they have sought to know and understand the inner world. That would seem just as valid a science as the one we know so well in our world. And with that interpretation of science we can possibly find a new interpretation for technology. Technology is understood to be the application of scientific knowledge for practical applications. Its origin lies in the greek word, Technologia, means "systematic treatment". When our knowledge is of the material world we are inclined to create technology in the material realm. The great yogis have shown that even though they have sought knowledge of the inner world they have knowledge of the material world, many times they have never even studied a book to acquire this knowledge. These same yogis have created just as many awesome things in the material world as a result of this knowledge, all with the focus of bringing forth the potential that exists within mankind. There is a real push by many scientists and inventors to bring forward free energy technologies based upon a deeper understanding of the cosmos and the ether. The theory goes that they tap into the unlimited energy of the universe. If the principles of yoga are to be believed, and I happen to believe they are, then we ourselves can tap into that infinite reservoir of energy and share it with the world. Gurus transmit their energy and are never depleted, having full faith in the infinite energy of the universe and their access to it. Those of us mortals who have not fully accepted our true oneness with the source of all life can be depleted by the energy vampires of the world. It is important that we recognise our limitations so as not to make life more difficult for ourselves or others. At the same time it gives us hope for what is possible for ourselves. "If the attention reaches that level [pure consciousness], what happens is like the small pebble falling on the silent bed of the water. A small pebble falls, creating impulses. Those impulses reach all the far places and all the water. Just like that, when the conscious mind of one single individual transcends, we can imagine the thrills being created on that silent level of consciousness, which is the omnipresent reality. This pulsating consciousness of the individual creates impulses of life all over, and because this is the very fundamental level of everyone, everyone’s thinking, everyone’s consciousness is influenced by that. It is very easy to understand." - Maharishi Mahesh Yogi And so perhaps technology can mean something new when we have personal access to the unified field. Those who already have access to the infinite source recognise abundance as a birthright and live to bring that awareness to others. If abundance for all is what current material technologies are seeking to achieve and yoga (which simply means "union" with source) is a science, then perhaps we ourselves are the technologies that we have been waiting for! We simply need to find our own way of unifying with that source.
I have always been fascinated with the concept of time and feel a twinge of excitement when reading science or philosophical meanderings about it. In the past it was something that always hurried by as I ran from meeting to meeting, client to client, always hoping I could catch up with time. I was forever its slave. Until, that is, I stumbled upon the now and all that it entails. When I experienced a traumatic accident at the age of 14, one of the most memorable aspects of it was the seeming slowness of time as it unfolded. As I look back it now this slowed down time was a gift to me. There was nothing that I could have done to change the outcome by this point, but it helped me to see that nobody was at fault for what happened to me in that moment. Many others have shared stories with me about how time seemed to slow down for them when they needed it to. The beauty of all of this is that we can consciously slow down time. Not by turning back our clocks or through any other mechanical advantage, but through the power of our own perception. You may be rolling your eyes at this moment, but when you talk to those who have found inner peace and success, they have been masters of time. Neuroscience backs it up to. Time is a master to most, but those in the know can slow it down and structure it so that time is not an enemy to defeat but a gift from God. Awareness is the key. Awareness as often as you can remind yourself. It could begin with awareness of your breath in meditation. It could be awareness of the love you feel for someone in your life. It could be awareness of every bite of food or sip of coffee that enters your mouth. It is this kind of awareness that slows down our time and keeps us centred in life. As someone who has known busy, who has been trapped in the past at times, or looked ahead only to the future, it is powerful to be able to centre all awareness in the now. Through this awareness we find that our actions arise out of inspiration more often, synchronicities guide our course and validate our choices, and we become masters of time once more. We accomplish more, we feel fulfilled in the greater version of now because we feel more fulfilled in the presence of now. Gratitude for each and every moment, whether of pain or pleasure, is easier to find and we can inspire it in others. It begins with awareness and ripples out through space and time. If you are new to it, welcome to your adventure of slowing down time. Waking up without an alarm, experiencing more synchronicities, time traveling, greater inner peace - these are just some of the things you will experience in abundance when you heal your relationship with time. Come explore time with me this Thursday at 7 pm and you will be amazed at what happens for you. Sign up at this link to make sure you receive the links you need.
